Foster a Chair

As a growing body of work, the chairs are not available for purchase at this time.

Because they are Art in Use, the chairs are intended to remain part of everyday life. Many of the stories revealed through the chairs emerged only through years of use, repair, adaptation, and neglect. Their histories are not complete.

The chairs are entrusted to individuals and institutions willing to live with them, use them, preserve them, and contribute to their continuing story.
